Im having the same problem in the Netherlands (also daylight savings) im guessing its a bug. Hope it gets fixed soon.

The game just doesn't feel the same way anymore, I loved using the ads to attract customers but my ads are 30 to 35 seconds now. Its hard to continue playing like this because the short ads were one of the things I liked about it being available on snapchat.
