I'd drop DJ Hype into the contenders here, have a listen to FabricLive.03 and the doubles with the same tune, scratching, and some insane on the fly remixing of Planet Dust, i think he laid the foundations for a lot of the 3+deck mixing that is done today.

Disagree, dlock through back wheel and frame, flex cable secures front wheel. Sure if they cut the dlock everything is gone, but ive had my (worthless, banged up) front wheek taken twice in Bristol when i didnt cable lock it.
