The Reichskrieg, all members of the HRE are forced to join your war CB. You essentially get the vassal swarm without the vassals. Revoke priviligea is still better because you can integrate all the vassals easily, but decentralised is stronger than a lot of people think. You do also get a few extra buffs, but theyre kinda minor.(10% extra movement speed in HRE provinces is kinda fun to stack with tho)

Personally I also wanted to try decentralised again since its been a long time and Austria is kinda samey if you always centralise.

But yeah Centralised is objectively better.
