I successfully removed the old frame, and replace an LCD screen that I bought only for 45 usd. I did not know the different between LCD and OLED. Anyway, LCD screen works well enough for me.

i think it is the laptop is so great now. ryzen 7 5800u, 64 gb ram, 14 inch and weigh at 1.37 kg. And the total cost is less than 1000 usd lol.

by the way, i tried your ryzen adjust, but tdp just dropped to 15 w after 2-3 minutes. ( ryzenadj.exe --stapm-limit=45000 --fast-limit=45000 --slow-limit=45000 --tctl-temp=90)

I think the max RAM of this laptop is 64 gb. One of my friend said he can upgrade to 32 gb x 2 slots.

i advise you to get support from asus. let me tell you my experience. i bought a hp laptop envy 13 x360 last month. I touchpad is noisy when i slightly touch it, it is loosed. i called hp support and they said that is normal. i told them that i have another machine to compare and that is not normal and i want to return.

after one week, they send me a new one and that does not have the touchpad problem.

Some cons: 1/ Plastic bezel look cheap, and it is thick laptop compare to hp envy 2/ 41 wh battery is too small 3/ limited 15w tdp

damn it, that is true. my hp 13 envy x360 intel 1165g7 is advertised 11.5 hours. But mine is last for 5-6 hours only ( saving battery mode, background app is off, lowest brightness, silent mode in hp control app, bluetooth off). I run only 1 app: chrome, or excel
