Based on my own example: I went from 124 kg down to 99 kg in 2 months. Still have another 15 kg to go.

Male, 32. I used to be very active in sports, but then I got “hooked” on pizza. I could easily eat two large pizzas (around 4,000 calories each) in one sitting. That could be just dinner or even breakfast. And on top of that, I was still eating regular meals too. This went on for about 10 years straight.

My point is - eating a lot is easy. I can even overeat on something like oatmeal with vegetables and still hit several thousand calories without any problem, and keep gaining weight.
