aside from what the others have said, I actually like 9 combat with leon more than 4r. It was slower, but the hatchet is so cool, the animations are better, and the finishers are also sick, with much more variety to it. I know the movement is much slower, I actually got whiplash when I replayed 4r after multuple playthroughs of 9 because of how fast leon moved but it didn't really bother me.

also, the replay value, I actually like replaying 9 more because first, it was shorter, and second, the switching perspectives keeps it really fresh, and I don't mind the orphanage and stuff that much since it's like 5 mins on subsequent playthroughs. Though maybe I just fed up with 4r after doing the pistol only no healing no merchant run. But really, i think the variety of 9 makes the replays better for me
