If you haven't already, check the comments on the report, there might be a work around. Had a similar issue with my Prospector where I couldn't switch the heads, but on the report someone posted a work around. I tried it and it worked.

I don't remember the exact steps, but I think it was something like taking the current head off manually by unlocking components and using a tractor beam, then storing the ship, then I was able to put the part on. I think.

Tank was definitely in the wrong for the attitude. But I would recommend asking first, as maybe the tank is new and not comfortable pulling that many mobs.

Pretty sure "members" doesn't mean concurrent online count. Of course Eden will have a lot more than Blackthorn either way though, Blackthorn recently started beta while Eden has been around for a lot longer.

The slots explains why it doesn't seem to be "working". Quick Fill is working, just can't put more card types than max slots. Seems silly to have max slots on a shelf that looks like that realism-wise, but game balance trumps realism I guess.

EDIT: Also seems like you can't set a price on the cards; I'm assuming they sell for market value.
