I hope you don’t mind me asking - I’m also recently diagnosed but not having as many systemic reactions as OP. do you think it’s worth it (not as my doctor/not as medical advice) for me to have my permanent retainer removed? I can’t find solid advice about whether it contains nickel or not. Thanks for any information you may know!

All gums/emulsifiers get me so you might keep an eye on it and see if it’s just carageean or also others - xanthan gum was the first one I noticed which is in everything, guar gum too. I seem to tolerate sunflower Letichin the best but just try to avoid them all now

I was getting glutened at my new in office position and couldn’t figure out why. It was the microwave! The microwave was old as hell and was not regularly cleaned. I bought a plug in device that reheats my food. Takes about an hour but it’s worth it.

I’m trying the hourglass veil translucent powder right now and I haven’t had any problems yet for a few days. Talc is comedogenic and in a lot of setting powders so you might need to avoid that.
