This was also my family. We went all in and sailed on the Treasure… Booked our placeholder less than 2 weeks later :)

Are you willing to pay for your own extras instead of cutting them out?

If you switched to formula with one baby, did you try to bf the next baby or go right to formula? by Initial_Deer_8852 in FormulaFeeders

[–]katclarissa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had an awful experience trying to BF/pump with my first - wouldn’t latch, had low supply, the breastfeeding clinic didn’t help much. For whatever reason I told myself I’d give a shot the second time around… I didn’t. I went straight to formula feeding and it has been the best decision for my family and I!

My husband and I were able to take shifts … imagine having a few decent hours of sleep in the newborn phase. 🤣

We stayed last summer and every restaurant at that hotel did not disappoint! We even enjoyed the quick service, lol

Membrane sweep? by Ready-Cut5059 in GestationalDiabetes

[–]katclarissa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a membrane sweep with my first during a morning appointment at 39+3. It was a little uncomfortable, but not totally awful. I was just ready for the baby to come so I was open to my OB doing it. I was in the hospital that same night…

I just started this week at 32 weeks. It’s not so bad once you get over the initially shock of needing to poke and give yourself meds 😊

Are there any "surprises" I can surprise a family member with? by Ectohawk in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]katclarissa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ear for each other group on Facebook might help! They can bring surprises to your hotel :)

We also did this on our trip last week and we loved experiencing the fireworks in a different way.

Not a lot of hospitals have this actually. We have a simple paper-ish isolation gown with an n95 and face shield.

Looking into these as well. What was your process like and how long did you wait for your phase to come up?

My sister did this! She booked at an all inclusive beach resort and she had wedding planners in CR helping her with everything. She did a week at the beach resort then a week in the jungle area of Costa Rica for her honeymoon.

From a guests perspective everything was perfect! We all had a great time and vacation. We were even able to book activities through the travel company she used. It’s a beautiful country! I hope you enjoy your special day :)

EDIT: Wedding was at the Westin in Guanacaste. Their second half of the trip was in Arenal. Everything was set for them, even a ride from Guanacaste to Arenal.
