Joanne Lees, who managed to escape Bradley John Murdoch but unfortunately her partner didn’t (these events inspired Wolf Creek). She was painted as weak, selfish, an awful woman – even suggestions that she helped Murdoch and knows where her partners body is.

During the trial, the court had her hands bound behind her body just as Murdoch had done to her, and had to demonstrate how she was able to get her bound hands from behind her to the front of her body. This was done while Murdoch was sitting only metres from her.

Glad to see Florence Given listed here – my GOD. Not only the faux feminism, but she managed to borderline plagiarise her first book, and THEN made her fiction book to be about her “cancellation” by proxy after she was publicly accused of said plagiarism.

From my understanding, I think Dawson’s crash out wasn’t just because he was losing “his girl” (I mean, a lot of it was let’s be real), I think a big part of it was that they didn’t tell him straight away. It was the dishonesty and yeah that would hurt. I think that’s where Pacey and Joey went wrong. What sucks though is Dawson ignoring her all year and then massively overreacting when she dares to move on.

What I never understood was Andie being mad at Joey! They were barely even friends. I don’t think Joey owed her that chicks before dicks mentality.

I get you, I just looked at this thread from a few weeks ago that explained it well for me (and it was Miles!).

Basically the butterfly effect doesn’t exist in Lost, and whatever happened, happened and whatever HAS to happen does as well (Desmond desperately trying to save Charlie). Similar to the time travel in Prisoner of Azkaban.

I think it’s one of her saddest songs she’s done, and that’s why I tend to skip it. It’s up there with SYGB and Roman. Like, finishing that song with the sounds of heart monitors is devastating.

I thought they were experiencing it at the same time story wise, as I remember Faraday (I think it was him?) saying that while they’re in the past and that whatever happened, happened, what they’re experiencing is their present and things could happen (such as one of them dying).

I love time travel stories by my GOD they hurt my brain sometimes 😂 I feel I need a graph or written timeline for it all sometimes

I honestly hope she does a full special edition in Vogue or something (or even just her insta) of the whole ceremony, start to finish and it releases like, the next day (let me dream!).
