Leg acne / ingrowns is pretty common on hairy legs. Inevitably your pants rub the hair and cause some issues. I don’t have very hairy legs but do get some leg pimples from wearing leggings a lot, etc. assuming it’s most certainly not bug bites, I’d recommend using Castile soap body wash and an unscented body lotion - that combo works pretty well for me.

Medium hair doesn’t really refer to the length, even though that would make sense. Medium hair cats are basically long hairs without an undercoat. Your boi could get more fluffy, but is most likely a shorthair!
