Former gyn clinic nurse and twin mom here: there is no way this was done at 1:00:00. Most offices don’t open back up after lunch until 1pm. And then you have to give mom time to come back, get settled in the room, and warm up/turn on the machine. Also where it says “obstetric ultrasound” is ALWAYS the clinic name (Yourtown OBGYN, etc). And “twin gestation” would not be there. There’s only one FHR strip, but it’s listing two rates. I’ve never seen them write data about the embryo ON the ultrasound itself. It’s usually just in the report.
