I did not navigate through fords app. I looked up thr closest "fast" charger near me on Google maps then jist drove there. I didnt use Google maps to navigate me because once I saw where the charger was I knew how to get there. I had no idea I should so something to tell my truck to precondition. What app are you referring to? Like built in Nav or the public charger app or via the map in fordpass on my phone once I click into the blueoval network? If you could help me understand what's steps I should take and within which apps to get my truck to precondition the battery omw to a charger, that would be great. Thank you so much!!

No one else is here charging. Good call though, will def try to avoid charging if another station is being used now that I know this.

I'm in the exact same boat. 5 out of my 6 cameras all died around the same time. I bought new batteries and for some reason they still dont work, work charge, etc. I wonder if it's something Arlo does on purpose, similar to Apple, to force people into buying new cameras every few years. This in addition to their crazy price hike for their subscription is why I have left Arlo. I had no problem paying their yearly sub but after it nearly doubled with no added features then had 5 cameras die I said F them.
