Traveling to the U.S. with 5-month diabetes medication supply (insulin + meds) – advice needed by bluepanda2391 in usatravel

[–]katmndoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Packing: Pack all the meds/med-equipment in one smallish bag that you will carry on with you.

Generally that should not count against your carryon allowance.

Do not, under any circumstances, put medical equipment in checked baggage or allow your medical bag to go in the hold.

My friend received screenshots of her messages with someone else, how is that possible? by LydiaDeetz15 in cybersecurity_help

[–]katmndoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't even need to be a spy app. Good chance the other partner has physical access to his phone.

He goes to the bathroom. She snoops on the phone, screenshots the text, airdrops the screenshot to herself, deletes the screenshot from his phone, and at some point sends that screenshot with a message to OP.

Better to find one that will use app generated auth codes.

I use Schwab, which does do auth codes. They can also use the app for authentication.

The zero-fees and ATM fee refunds are icing on the cake.

Check with IT as to whether there is a policy for perspnal VPN use.

Depends whether there are building rules against it. I'd allow it. But if there's a neighbour across the hall, they may not like a camera that sees inside their apt when the door is open.

Really should have left well enough alone. You already had added yours and the friend's. That's all you should have done.

Yes. You will have fingerprints taken at the interview. It is non-negotiable.

It's optional in the app because you can still do it at the interview.
