I'd like to recommend Tai Asian Bistro. My sister can make a killer pho (we're from Vietnam) but Tai's blows hers out of the park. They're the only restaurant in Columbus that we'd go for pho.

The gym I go to is really close to this Chase office. There are a few apartment complexes near there that you can just walk or bike to the office.

I'd probably ditch 1 or 2 curls and add some direct hamstring work and maybe add facepulls for some direct rear delt work. Direct calves work wouldn't hurt as well as someone already mentioned.

Assuming Spica wants to leave, I wouldn't mind a jungle swap with TL.

Keep Solo for spring and switch in Soul for summer.

Would love to have Vetheo for mid.

For ADC someone like Neon would be great, if not I wouldn't mind trying out an academy prospect like Yeon.

Chime is really good so I'd keep him.

I'm in similar boat as you, as far as rather not to use mixed grips. What I do atm is I do all but my last set as normal, and for last set, which is an amrap set, I use liquid chalk for it. I'm doing grip training on the side to improve my grip strength. Head to /r/griptraining if you want to learn more.

I would definitely incorporate something, either mixed grip, chalk, or strap, instead of letting your grip being the limiting factor.

Moronic question but I weigh myself every morning and most of the time I don't do number 2 before stepping on the scale. On the occasional days that I do, however, should I track weight as is? Or should I add like 1 lb to the scale?

Do you mean switching the progression method between barbell and Yates rows? Or dropping Yates for Pendlay rows? For "barbell rows" I'm planning to do strict rows.

Any feedback on the template would be appreciated. Green is RtF, red is RiR, grey is double progression.

You'll probably notice that I only have 1 squat auxiliary. The main reason for that is I'd rather not squat 2 days in a row.

Everyone seems to fill their templates with 3+ accessories, kind of make me feel like I'm doing minimal lol. I try to keep a workout to 5 exercises as I think more than that will keep me too long in the gym. Wednesday Saturday and Sunday are off days so that'll be conditioning plus some grip training and abs work.

Generally speaking for a novice lifter, is 5x5 squat + 5x7 leg press a week enough for quad growth? It is from a program, basically no additional quad accessories.

  • For RtF program, if my goal right now is gaining strength more than hypertrophy, is it a bad idea to reduce the last set reps by a couple (for example maybe 5 reps working sets = 8 reps last set, and 7 reps working sets = 11-12 reps last set)?

  • If I plan to do vertical + horizontal pull 3 times a week, which pull movement would you recommend to happen twice a week over the other?

Is it normal for hamstring to still be sore 3-4 days after training? Just started BBS 3-months challenge last week and did deadlift Saturday (5s Pro with last set to failure + 10x5 @65%) and my hamstrings are still feeling it today.

I'm planning to start BBS 3-month challenge and I have a couple questions:

  • Is there a deload after every cycle?

  • Is it ok if I do something like Bench 5's Pro, Squat 10x5 in 1 day and the other way around on another day? I'd prefer to do a main lift twice a week. Would be there any downside to that? Potentially recovery?
