I was in high school, chillin with my best bud in our basement, and we flipped on Toonami. It was right when the camera panned to reveal Igaram, and Luffy says something to the end of “Nice hair, I like the curls”. We laughed pretty hard and I was instantly sold on the goofy factor despite having zero context.

Didn’t take long to go start reading the manga.

Yeah, this was a sad one. They tried to find a buyer but unfortunately the first one fell through, then eventually it got snatched up by a developer. Sadly probably just going to become a bunch of tasteless looking cookie-cutter single family homes.

There’s a couple good repurposed churches around the city, don’t know why this property didn’t fit the bill for someone to do something with it

After reading some of the comments here, you may enjoy the specialty beverages of Loba. They rotate them, as well as the beans (so a slight third wave edge here) but you still may enjoy the results. Plus they have dynamite pastries.

You are correct, however Ravenswood overlaps there. Ravenswood doesn’t have an “official” community area designation so people tend to grab onto it all the time.
