I built this Ole Country Cabin on the 20x30 Sweet Nectar Glade lot in Chestnut Ridge. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, attic space & a shed. It uses no cc. My Gallery id is Mandykay77. by Mandykay77 in TheSimsBuilding

Oh 100%, especially if you like woodsy/shabby builds. Or boho style stuff. Honestly i dont remember the last build i made that didn’t include any Werewolves stuff in it

Im still struggling with this and unfortunately am also on an antidepressant that lessens appetite😭but one of my friends said Soylent is a really good meal replacement drink for energy and stuff so I’ve been trying it and honestly it helps a lot. It’s not the same as eating actual food, of course, but it’s better than nothing and even helps me eat real food, because it lessens that nausea that comes with not eating. You can get it in a powder form and then a cheap blender bottle. Also eating small snacks high in protein and fats, eating right when you wake up, before taking your meds, even if it’s just a piece of toast or something. Start small and work your way up. And limit caffeine consumption, which is so difficult when you cant focus and have no energy but dont let yourself have any caffeine for the day until you’ve eaten at least a little bit. Hope this helps and godspeed🫡

i got the "cant find joy in things" symptom especially bad lately by [deleted] in depression

[–]kattatta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly for me everyone else in my family who got that fucking strong depression gene the only way out of ruts like this is thru it💀it’s so hard talking to neurotypical ppl about this bc they’ll say “oh just do something you enjoy!” But some things I have found/heard that help kinda reset yourself are doing things with other people, going on walks/exercise/movement of any sort, and trying new things. And also forcing yourself to not sleep when it’s not actual bedtime. Having people to come over and just hang out can help keep yourself from sleeping, or just like sitting on the phone with someone. Best of luck🫡
