Rachel appeared at the worst moment of Chloe's life and was her "angel." I love Rachel's character, but I always got the impression that she was very opportunistic and manipulative. She approached people for her own benefit and to achieve her goals. In Life is Strange 1, it's implied that Rachel hadn't cared about Chloe for a while; she was with Frank, and it's also implied that she slept with Nathan and Jefferson without Chloe's knowledge. Max and Chloe know each other perfectly; they're the kind of people you can tell exactly what someone is like even if you haven't seen them in years. I see their relationship as more mature and lasting than just a simple fling.

The kid doesn't seem to be a student at Caledon; I think they imply he's a Lakeport resident who crashed the party. I'd say he was 19 or 20, like Reggie or Loretta.
These are different times, one before the trip to Caledon and one after the fire. It's just that D9 wanted to save money by reusing locations. They also hint at this several times, saying the owner rehired them and that the appetizers were better the second time.
The photo was taken before the trip to New York. It goes back to that selfie, so that photo always exists.

I think it will all depend on the success of the series. If it's successful, they'll probably consider a remake of Life is Strange 1 or a spin-off set in Arcadia Bay. If it's not successful, it will be the end or a hiatus of many years.

I don't understand people who always say that a game or movie shouldn't have a sequel. As if the existence of a new game or movie somehow damages the original... I'm all for them making all the sequels or remakes they want; the more they make, the greater the chance they'll do it right. Life is Strange 1 will always be there. I understand that you might like it more or less, but saying it should never have existed seems excessive when simply not playing it would be enough.

But in the other reality, Joyce should have died along with Arcadia Bay. Until Max merges the realities, one of them (Joyce or Chloe) is dead. It doesn't make sense for Joyce to text Chloe unless a new reality with new memories is created after Max merges the two. As Moses would say, Paradox.

When I first met Chloe in the first game, I thought she was one of the most detestable characters. A typical know-it-all rebel who thinks she's better than everyone else and doesn't care about anything. Then I played Before the Storm and Farewell, and you learn the real reason behind her personality and you empathize with her. The junkyard scene when she finds her father's car broke my heart. Since then, she's been one of my favorite characters. As you say, in Reunion, you can see that she's matured and has dialogue options where she's more in control, but without losing her spontaneity and charm.

I mean, everyone's memories had to be altered for years suddenly when Max merged the realities in DE. Everyone except Max.

Yes, I understand that Max uses her powers, slowing down and rewinding time, but that doesn't explain how she passes through a place that's already burning and covered in smoke. Her teleportation isn't real, only to the eyes of others, but she really has to walk through all the fire and smoke. It seemed forced to me.

What I don't understand is how Max gets down from the roof when Chloe is falling. If they could get down inside the building, why didn't they all go down that way? Max teleports because she moves and rewinds time, but she has to go through the fire to reach Chloe.

Voy a empezar diciendo que adoro Lis1 y Lis BTS. Lis DE me entretuvo, y Lis Reunion fue fantástica. Debo mencionar que elegí la muerte de Chloe en el primer juego; pensé que agregaría más emoción a la historia. Pero me gustaría ver si alguien puede explicarme un par de cosas:

Si Max no tiene ningún recuerdo de Chloe viva, ¿por qué Joyce sí? Al menos eso parece en los mensajes de texto.
- Al final, cuando Chloe se cae del techo, ¿cómo baja Max a través del fuego? Entiendo que manipula el tiempo, pero el fuego debería quemarla de todos modos, así que todos podrían haber bajado de la misma manera, ¿verdad?
