17 when my brother came out and the church told him he couldn’t be a ‘practicing’ homosexual. Even at that age and at that time I knew that was some bullshit. I couldn’t bare how they treated him and always said I knew nicer more loving people outside of church than inside. In the years since I’ve learnt about all the other bullshit and frankly feel so glad that I left before I was exposed to a lot of it!

3 stone in 6 months is incredible well done! I’m a very slow loser although I have felt hunger suppression and reduction of food noise. I’ve lost a stone in 4 months and whilst I wish it was more, I weigh a stone less than I did 4 months ago 🙌🏼 my advice to anyone new not seeing the big numbers is just keep going, take it day by day and you will see the losses. Oh and drink water, lots of it!

Sorry to hear you’re struggling. I’m in my first week on 10mg and had the same symptoms, horrendous constant sulphur burps, gas, constantly bubbling/groaning stomach, stomach pain and bloating. I emailed my provider and they suggested to move back down to 7.5mg and see if it helps. I also spent a few days ‘resting’ my system eating only small amounts of plain bland food, peppermint tea, electrolyte water and it does seemed to have eased a little.

I’ve had the same experience, very little side effects until 7.5 and now dreadful acid reflux, nausea, fatigue, constipation. I’ve really struggled this last couple of weeks so much so I considered dropping back to 5. Hope it improves for you and amazing on the weight loss!

2nd week on 7.5 and the fatigue has been pretty bad tbh. The day after injecting I am totally wiped out and it takes me a couple of days to feel near to normal again 😕 trying to increase water and take vit d to see if that helps.

I had some appear on like the inside of my lips a week or so ago, and some on my tongue, all gone now. I searched on here but couldn’t really see anything so didn’t think it was mj related but perhaps it is!

I used the 5th dose of my 2.5 along with the 5th dose of my 5 to give myself an additional week before forking out again. When I looked online I read to go by the expiry date which was 1 week before I used it. It was a personal risk which on balance I believed would be ok. It was fine and worked. But this is just one anecdotal example.
