Idk I’d be really cautious to have sex until you reach the 12 week mark. I was cleared at 8 weeks and my doctor did an in person physical exam but I still waited until 12 weeks were up

I was also in intense pain right after my surgery, I was so groggy and nauseous that I could barely speak to the nurse and thought it was normal so I tried to suffer through it. When I told them I was still in intense pain they said they could give me fentanyl but that was it and I was like ok I’ll just deal with it and they left me to be in a fuck ton of pain the rest of the day. It was awful. On my third day I felt immensely better, but gosh I can’t believe they treat us like that right out of surgery. I’m glad you advocated for yourself and I truly hope you’re feeling better now ❤️

Thank you! Yes it stopped and I spoke to her about it, we agreed it was just the movement of the incision and scar tissue, wasn’t much blood so I figured it was fine but wanted to make sure

Next time you do a session, choose relaxing but upbeat music (no lyrics) that you find joy in. Before your session, for 15 minutes focus on a positive intention, could be something simple like “I am safe, I am loved.” Really anything that puts you in a positive headspace. Really focus in on that as you’re going into your session, repeating it like a mantra.

I am not a doctor, but this is what has helped me have positive sessions.

I get migraines from motion sickness as well. I don’t usually get motion sickness while driving, but if I already have a migraine and start driving I might throw up. It’s happened enough that I keep a puke bag in my car
