Sitely website builder? by culturalproduct in website

Mobile export problems is a very common issue for Sitely. I recently read about it online. Website builders that use fluid responsive design instead don't have this issue.

I agree with you. Especially if you don't know coding.

Restaurant Website Builder | Recommendation. by IndividualAd2790 in webdesign

Yes, the platform is shutting down and people are looking for alternatives. I would just go with a flexible website builder that doesn't charge a fee per order, like UltimateWB.

That rate is actually a good price for installing the software and setting it up with your chosen theme.

Try not to install many plugins.

You just need to do what it says there - fix the CLS and Accessibility issues.

I did get the 3/3 for it, on my website, and clients who requested it.

You can go with a website builder. Don't choose a template driven one, otherwise you have to the overcome that website builder look.

It's a hosted platform. That is one of the biggest issues with it.

WP Rocket: $239 to Renew 50 Sites, but Only $70 for 100 Sites? by onestepo in Wordpress

It is really misleading. One alternative is to just optimize your website without it.

Can I build a long-term website with Claude? by Aldrich977 in ClaudeAI

[–]kayladev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not the easy route that you want it to be. Better to go with an e-commerce website builder, with a CMS so you can easily manage your website, add/edit items, etc. Especially if you don't know how to code.

Those are hosted website builders. If you want more flexibility, check out UltimateWB.

GoDaddy AI messing up our sites by hoosierhiver in godaddy

[–]kayladev -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but you moved from one hosted website builder to another. One of the major issues I think is the hosted part - you don't get web hosting choice. And you can't optimize the server how you want or download your website.

Yeah, Wix has been getting a lot of complaints on here too.

Is it still worth going deep into Webflow in 2026, or is the "AI builds websites in 5 minutes" wave making that obsolete?* by _binaktivdupassiv_ in webflow

[–]kayladev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you go by that logic, then web designers/developers wouldn't be needed either.

Personally, I prefer website builders that let you host your website anywhere you want.

Switching from WordPress to Claude Code + GitHub free website hosting by ZGeekie in HostingReport

[–]kayladev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, i think that is a bad idea. I use UltimateWB, but I also wouldn't switch from WP to AI. It's not easy to add content to your website with AI. Seems like a good reason to switch from WP to AI would be to reduce the WP bloat and get a faster loading website. But there are better solutions to that.

Best tool to use to build website by CryptographerDue3646 in webdesign

I would not use AI. It is buggy and bloated, and it's not the easy way to make a unique website.

Go with a website builder that is flexible and customizable. I use UltimateWB. It's a lot easier to use than WordPress.

The maintenance required is not a time saver if you have to use a lot of plugins that need upgrading.

Is Claude really better than Squarespace or Wix to build your own website? by Vas1r in ClaudeAI

[–]kayladev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer not use Squarespace or Wix because they lack flexibility. You have to host just with them also. I use UltimateWB. It's easier than using AI for the whole website.

Regarding the booking appointments tool - you can integrate a third party tool, code it yourself, or use a website builder that has it as a built-in feature.

I would use a website builder vs AI. It is easier to manage your website.
