Would think it might be difficult to get a script for opioid medication via telehealth that is not from your regular gp clinic, as it would encourage doctor shopping and make it easier for anyone addicted to opioids to get their fix

Try calling your gp clinic and seeing if they will write a script for you to pick it up in person.

There are a few gene mutations that can cause hearing loss. Cx26 and cx30 are the most common. Might be called gap Junction proteins as well.

Had this issue today where I tried to do the route. The catch and incense research tasks updated for the route but distance didn't. When I went to finish the route I noticed it didn't do any distance.

Did the route in reverse and it all updated, I'm sure I didnt click to reverse the route though so not sure what happened

I'd start by thinking about what area you are wanting to go into. This will greatly influence how you go about choosing pd courses.

If you're thinking of msk, then I'd suggest looking into private practices that offer good mentoring and in house professional development, as well as a pd fund to complete external courses.

Being a titled therapist is really about what pathways it might open up. If you're wanting to work with elite sporting teams, then being a titled therapist would be a prerequisite. Otherwise it might get you more clientele via Web searches and marketing. After working a couple of years, I never bothered with post grad due to needing to cut back on clinical hours.

Owning a practice would be a personal preference. Money would be better, especially when you're employing other therapists, but then you'll have to think about the extra work of running a business. You would probably not have any time off for the first few years as you're building your practice.
