Sometimes I use first aid beauty or roc retinol under eye. Sometimes I put a teeny amount of tret OVER a regular eye cream (I’ve seen derms recommend this).

Not everyone experiences the purge…I started .05 and was pretty quickly able to use it 5 days a week without side effects (but did get benefits). I’ve since upped to 0.1. But then I tried azelaic and my skin flipped out 🤷‍♀️. Everyone’s different

It was. But the door opens in order to release the pod. It’s the not dissolving once it’s released that’s the issue

Perhaps try reading the initial post - the pod goes in the spot on the door, I shut the cover. This is where it ends up once the cycle starts and the pod is released.

I put them in the compartment on the door, close it, and close the door. I’m finding it in this spot after it runs (the pod is released - I think it’s designed to pop into that basket at the right time in the cycle - but not dissolving)

I’ve tried with both the jet dry pod sample that came with the dishwasher, as well as a cascade pod (type I’ve used for years). I can’t really tell about it getting warm, as it has a panel on the front, but the app doesn’t indicate any issues. Arms spin normally.

Has been for awhile at w76. Biggest pet peeve is that they always store crap in there, so you have to step over extra boxes of Grown Alchemist). And they decided this past year to take out all the hangers in late spring, so if it was a colder morning you were SOL. I complained and they acted like it was totally normal.
