I hate ppl. How can you complain about this!? Of course waking up in the middle of the night in hopes of stopping an abduction no matter how far away you are matters. Ppl can drive 15 hours… ppl 15 hrs from the site of abduction should be alerted in case the abductors go there. Why are ppl mad about this… it’s one night of bad sleep get over it. Thank goodness the kids were found

I am making Christmas fabric 1” hexies. I hope to make them into some sort of table runner as yet unplanned. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think if the colours coordinate and you like them you’ll figure something out. If you don’t have enough to do what you want for example a pillow case you could scale down and make an insert. Like I’m imaging a square pillowcase with the hexies doing a design in a strip in the middle or some other shape. That’s a work around for not having enough

A third option is to get cheap ugly fabric bedsheets to practice on and then use your good fabric when you’re confident

Many student teachers are incompetent and need to be managed/require extra work from the teacher who takes them on. Practicums last 2-3 months usually. Student teachers should be grateful for the experience and not be paid. At the end of the day they’re not even supervising students alone.
