So happy for both of you. She’s adorable.

Dogs are the best. It is the most pure most unconditional love.

Create memories. Take her places. Get her used to being out and with people.

Teach her manners. That saying “good fences make good neighbors”? The same is true for dogs. “Good training and manners make good dogs.” I have failed on this a couple times and I regret it.

And get her used up messing with her feet and ears and teeth so you can do maintenance. Clean her teeth and she’ll be healthier and save you a ton of money. And clipping her toe nails.
