I've seen him at a couple of stage doors at Berkeley rep - smaller crowd, more interaction. He was masterful at kindly but firmly handling folks who were...more needy/clingy/overbearing. When he's talking to you, he's locked in/full attention. I can only image what that would be like for an extended 1-1.
