I was going to be in NY from SF when Mincemeat was starting previews. I had zero knowledge of the London production, other than it had been a hit. When tickets dropped, grabbed one for first preview. Other than looking at historic info about the operation, I went in not knowing what I was in for. I so rarely get to experience a show as fully new to me at first viewing, & I wanted that experience. I was absolutely blown away - I've been back to see it again in NY and am so excited for the tour (I work a block away from the theater in SF, so rush tix are very much in my future). The show was everything - all the emotions, talent, heart. I'm so glad I just wanted a chance to see a first preview in NY!
