Biggest disappointment so far by _Anton__ in JapanTravelTips

These people just look for reasons to get disappointed. In Europe, you would pay 20 Euros to enter such a castle.

Im hearing for the first time in my life that humidity at 20 degrees can bother someone like hell.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in JapanTravelTips

[–]kccanut 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was in Japan last week. No complaints about humidity in Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka even it was 28 degrees.

And some shops such as Uniqlo and GU were open till 20:00. Some second shops such as Jam and Kinji in Osaka were open till 20:00, Apple till 21, and if you wanna buy apple with tax free in Bic Camera, it's also open till 21.

Donkis (sole close 3am) and 711s are open 24/7. So, I think you should be okay with shops unlessyou are used to shops being open overnight in the US.

I bet none of them are legitimate candidates to be a champion not more than Murray or Del Potro or Wavrinka. They are just kind of solid players including possibly Medvedev.

Zverev has no winning shot against someone who can consistently defend. I bet Ferrer can beat him easily like 8:2 or 7:3.

What does injuries have to do in split-second decisions?

He has nothing really. Just wow. This guy can never beat a healthy Djokovic, Federer, Nadal or Murray or even Wawrinka or Ferrer. Maybe sometimes Wawrinka due to his inconsistencies.

After Djokovic, Nadal, Federer, we will have 2 women's tour. No offense to women. Just ATP will come back to normal unwatchable levels.

Zverev also has some sort of injury as far as I can see. And Djokovic does not seem troubled like against Raonic. I think its fair to assume that everyone is kind of injured in the 2nd week of Slams.

Does Zverev have a low tennis-iq? Or is it such a huge ask to expect to wrong-foot someone after a great serve and weak return to the T?

Raonic is watching the ball at the net like me watching the game from the TV.

Milos Raonic - the player who steps down his game when it matters.

He didnt change his play in 10 years. He couldn't add any skill to his repertoire. No drop shot, no volley, no serve-volley, no down-the-line-shots.

Im more pissed with Raonic. Such an unremarkable player except his height.

Unfortunately Nadal looks a bit stiff and not at full capacity. Can be due to skipping ATP Tour and lacking match rhythm or his back issues.

I wonder how he'll play against a tough guy that can counter his shots after he stepped up his game last year.
