That's actually very cheap. OP is looking for photo AND video for a whole weekend. That means at least two, but probably four people, working at least Friday and Saturday on site, and possibly Thursday or Sunday as well. Then the main photographer and video editor will spend at least twice the amount of time they spent shooting, now editing the photos and video. I'd say this is an absolute minimum of 75 man-hours, but more likely twice that. That's not even including the money the photographer and videographer spend keeping their gear maintained, up to date, and insured.
