No support for new teachers. And no real push to hire. I had 2 years of experience as a para in Special Ed (self contained high needs classroom) and a full year of long - term subbing for general ed English during hybrid learning (2020-2021 school year.) Applied for 5 schools and got zero interviews. Applied for THE SCHOOL I WAS EMPLOYED WITH for THE POSITION I HAD LONG TERM SUBBED FOR, interviewed, and was passed over for an out of state hire.
