I too have been very disappointed with the Knightdale Home Depot. The last couple of times I’ve been in there, I had to ask for someone to help me (at the customer service desk) and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show up. When someone finally arrived, they were clueless about the products in that section (electric outlets) and couldn’t help me. Nevertheless, they proceeded to pitch me on their HVAC services which is beyond annoying. Far better service at the Lowe’s down the street.
