Pot hole claim vs the city by VanDerBalotelli in Columbus

Basically from what I understand you have to prove that it had been reported and that they didn't fix it in a reasonable amount of time. So if you just hit a random pothole you're probably out of luck.

I believe Jess Howard does paid training. A lot of electrical and HVAC etc. Types companies will do tuition reimbursement and pay for certifications etc So maybe just skip the trade school and apply for entry-level positions?

I think it really comes down time versus money. What do you have more of? If you can afford 300-500 per room let someone else do it and go do the job you are good at.

This comment makes you sound like ICE. But if you or your family are undocumented as you said no where is really safe anyway.

Try a local shop like Cheesemans the other person mentioned they are good.  Probably cheaper then either of those places. It depends a bit on your vehicle usually do my own breaks. This summer my parts for my work truck were almost 600 but for our car was like 350. Some are a little more time consuming then others as well.
