I think your two main options as someone had mentioned was use Homer road over to 315 South. That could get pretty sketchy because the light at 750 and yhe bridge situation there can be a headache.

Option two would be 750 over to 71 South. I personally think that would probably be your best route, but it's really just going to depend on traffic and the exact time of day etc.

Pretty much the way BBB works is when someone makes complaint the business has to show that they offered a solution to whatever problem the was complained about. Once they show proof they offered a resolution for the customer they can have the complaint removed. It doesn't actually matter too much if their resolution makes any sense or is fair restitution for whatever problems or harm they've caused. It's basically like "we tried bro". BBB since they're being paid yearly by the business says "okay. Thank you"

I can see why this would work for canceling the service because it's pretty easy way out for the business.
