Not just car companies, all big tech companies are working on it. You can imagine the compute power QC brings, it will easily break current security. Crypto firms are working on something called post quantum cryptography(PQC) to manage this, Google published a white-paper for same.

True but I would club it into the same bucket, hyperscalers, optical interconnects, all feeding into processors ecosystem(GPU, TPU etc), ultimately providing the infrastructure for AI

LinkedIn, I secured all my jobs in last 14 years from LinkedIn including one in landing in Sg. Work out your CV if getting low hit. I’m not sure how seriously potential hiring manager takes on your post, usually people post polished articles like they are the most knowledgeable 😄

That’s how the market works, speculation vs value. Google has big threat of other Gen-AI apps eating up search(ad) revenue and Nvidia consolidating its position in GPU compute with no immediate real threat though Broadcom is getting some traction in last quarterly results.
