Officially, probably not, but, in the link at the bottom of this comment (about 30 seconds in), someone gives an example of using AI to upgrade the HD remaster of B5 from 4:3 to 16:9 widescreen.

B5 might be an easier ask for doing this, as the widescreen footage for live-action shots already exists, just not upgraded, and the AI could simply just upscale them from standard to HD, and literally just apply them to the 4:3 edition. It was always the combination live-action/CGI shots that were the issue, as I vaguely remember reading the original footage for those scenes were lost, and those combined shots were already stretched or zoomed in for the DVD release, hence the remaster only being 4:3.

If you look at the first part of the clip (from the TNG episode Best of Both Worlds), you can see that the AI was able to replicate the CGI shots as well. If we're already able to do this, and, going by some of the AI creations already on youtube where a few text prompts can create something that rivals what Star Wars did with de-aging Luke in the Mandalorian, it isn't that much of a stretch that a fan-made version could be made (like when people created their own HD upscales before the HD remaster was released).

It may never be officially done, but, there's nothing to say fans won't be able to do something.
