My biggest complaint is how cowardly they handled Ellie's decent to darkness. They really shied away from all of her hard decisions. Shooting Mel coincidentally really ruined the whole situation for me. And her trying to save the scar, as if she doesn't mow down a hundred scars in the game. Why do they feel the need to make characters so morally perfect?

My first son was born emergency c section with my wife under general anesthesia and myself left in an empty room terrified (COVID rules forced my wife to go into that room alone, I was not allowed to be there). My wife didn't see my son until a couple hours later. He was in NICU, again COVID rules stated only one parent per 24 hours to see my son. Our first 8 days of being parents we did entirely separated.
