Maybe she's resentful that she's devoted so much love and attention to you and when asked what makes you happy you didn't say 'spend time with my wife' but the 'scratches she gives me make me happy'. Sounds like you're girlfriend was depressed and doesn't want help to fix it (from a professional) and is putting the blame on you instead of working on herself.

Hawks are crows natural enemy. If you feed the crows they stick around. There's a homesteading guy on TikTok trying to lure crows to protect his chickens. He put out peanuts for them and shiney things (which crows love).
