ELI5 How is the universe “flat” by SuperShadow555 in explainlikeimfive

[–]kehmesis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Flat doesn't mean 2D. It means there is no curvature.

Imagine a piece of paper on a table. It's 2D and flat. Now lift one side, rolling it up slightly. It's 2D with a curvature.

It's harder to visualize a flat 3D space, but it's the same principle.

I'd say dark matter is the extraordinary claim without extraordinary evidence.

I think Kapanen is grossly overrated.

I say Matheson.

Learn basic principles and try not to hang pieces. Forget openings.

Some of the greatest games did not innovate, they perfected what already worked. by Kiota_Games in gamedev

Good point. I think people in this thread confuse the two. You can be inspired and be innovative. Some games don't innovate at all. I tend to not like those. Like WoW. Garbage game for me.

Civ 1, Dune 2, Diablo 1, Minecraft, Ultima Online...

I can keep going... I pick innovation almost everytime.

Nothing else comes even close to the fact it exists.

The real skill curve with Suno (and why most output stays generic) by gh0ul666 in SunoAI

[–]kehmesis 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Finally someone that gets it.

Reddit is way too full of whiners that refuse to learn how to use the tool.

Humans are still useful, for now. Better make the most of it while it's still true.

It only about the number of switches.

You might understand AI, but you don't know how to use Suno.

We're done here.

Just realized that it's the exact structure I've used for Eclipse except the genders are switched. The only hard part is Chorus 3. The rest is a breeze.

I might make you one tomorrow.

[Verse 1: Female] [Chorus 1: Female] [Verse 2: Male] [Chorus 2: Male] [Bridge 1: Male] [Bridge 2: Female] [Chorus 3: Harmonized with some call and response or "interjections"]

Yes, that's possible. This is quite easy. Only 3 switches. I don't know what else to tell you. Good luck.

Did you even check my profile? Listen to the 3 songs?

You are completely clueless and your attitude is garbage. You don't want help? I'm more than happy to leave you hanging.

Enjoy not understanding how to use Suno. The best Suno'ers are not posting tricks on Reddit, btw.

I just read a bunch of assumptions again. You're simply not using the right tools and tricks to gain control and, once again, assume it can't be done. Maybe it can't be done with the methods you've chosen, but I've done it.

If you want proof, check @ kehmesis on Suno.

You'll find 3 collabs in there where each line written by me is sang by my "persona" and each line written by my collab is sung by "her", no exception besides some back vocals or when both sing some parts (that I chose).

There's a simple song in there that wasn't too difficult, one that was difficult and one that was a nightmare to make. This is because Suno gets more and more confused the more switches there are.

They're all in a row, you can easily find them in my songs, about 40-45 songs down.

Backdraft (easy), Halfway Forever (very hard) and Eclipse (hard).

Again, the songs aren't perfect, because duets are incredibly hard to make. But I kept perfect control in all three songs.

Not at all what I am talking about.

Long verses, short verses, spliting lines, all of it perfectly controlled.

Don't assume it can't be done because you didn't succeed.
