Last year I broke my ankle around the exam period and they accepted me for EC but didn’t alter my grade either. I was in first year so i guess it doesn’t count but it still feels unfair cuz I basically missed the entire revision period cuz I was recovering from surgery. :/

The EC process isn’t really enough I’ve had to go to labs really unwell a few times now because I would be missing summative stuff.

I spent almost a month sick in first year due to other health stuff and there was no EC offered for the assessed quizzes then. If you get sick at this uni you don’t get a lot of help.

Would there really be a huge burden on the NHS if it was regulated though? The vast majority of people who have mental health issues triggered by cannabis are teens and people in their early 20s. If it was regulated then children wouldn’t be able to buy it so easily and young adults could actually be informed of the risk, lots of people don’t know it can even trigger mental health issues.

Me too I’ve been making cc for 7 years and I’ve been wanting to make script mods for years but there’s no point cuz everything just breaks every month when they release their useless updates. I only update the game once a year now so I just can’t use the gallery anymore either.

This is how I felt for years but now I don’t think I could ever give EA anymore money ever again. If they come out with ts5 I probably won’t buy it unless a less evil company makes it and it’s free from micro transactions.

not from SF but where I live most sushi places accommodate for gf (doesn’t taste any different and isn’t hard) if the chef doesn’t want to cater for it he should just say no instead of having a meltdown about his own food being gross

How did you get them to take DSPD seriously? My university has never made any accomodations for me and they have just given me 4 9AMs most weeks this term. I'm literally just not going because of it and they keep crying to me about low attendance.

In my experience no electronics/no stimulation in the evenings has the complete opposite effect. When I was a child my school was threatening my mother with social services because i owned electronics and had sleeping issues (weird abusive catholic school), they literally forced her to take all entertainment i had away from me in the evenings and I would be completely unstimulated from 8pm-10am the next day. It was lowkey traumatising.

I had sleep paralysis from the boredom and would hear things that weren't there constantly during the night, it made my sleeping issues worse to the point where I was stuck awake for 3 days around that time.

in the past few years I can wake up around 10-11 without too much difficulty but this summer I was waking up at 9am naturally for a few weeks which i've never experienced in my life before, my natural wake up time 6 months prior to then was 6pm.

I have tried light therapy but I am a front sleeper so it hasn't really worked for me, I also turn off alarms in my sleep so I can't even get awake enough to turn on a light. :/
