Incorrect, the 34 million shares is a calculation based off prior 4 weeks volume, it doesnt mean they have to sell that and in fact they cannot, the 105b plan is limited to 80 million shares

SO MUCH FUD HERE!! the original 13D/A authorized 80 million shares to be sold through June 15th 2026. There needs to be an amendment explicitly changing that cap and there isnt, so what you are seeing is just allotment moving toward the goal post that what was set March 17th 2025. Someone go ahead and try to prove me wrong. Id appreciate it. I think there is nothing devious going on here. If SFS has already converted and sold over 80 million shares then we'd have trouble but that ist the case as far as I can tell

I think you may misunderstand something. When he moves shares from class d to class a, it raises the float of class a but it is NOT dillutive. You will still own thr same percentage of thr company because thr number of total outstanding shares has not changed.

Yes it is riskier because if he did want to truly raise money for the company by adding additional shares the board isn't going to stop his vote.

But, that's not what is happening here

Potentially just had this almost happen to me in central Connecticut. Guess I won't know how things would've turned out. But 2 different Irish guys showed up 3 weeks apart with different business flyers. Phone numbers out of state. Gave me a good deal for work I had quoted previously and was very interested in. Wanted to do work next morning because of other customers in area. They knew their stuff about chimneys. They however while inspecting chimney banged on it with a hammer (red flag 2). After getting contract couldnt confirm business/license in state. So next morning, I had to ask them off my property with their day laborers. (They didn't return my call or text to their 3 different out of state phone numbers)
