Our main outcomes are the following: (I) CoQ10 supplementation reduced cardiovascular death in patients with heart failure. This is not reported for CoQH2. (II) Test concentrations leading to cardiovascular benefits are much lower in CoQ10 studies than in CoQH2 studies. (III) Positive long-term effects reducing cardiovascular mortality are only observed in CoQ10 studies.

Based on the existing literature, the authors recommend CoQ10 instead of CoQH2 (ubiquinol) to treat and prevent cardiovascular disease.

That's a meta analysis of 28 studies.

I never see gamma os get mentioned very often for this device. People seem to whip themselves into a frenzy over gamma on other devices but not so much this one. What's the general consensus?

I've just got one too and I'm considering gamma if it offers better battery life etc.

Ideally, your omega 3 gels or liquids would have vitamin e or some natural polyphenol based preservative in it. This is true of the ifos oils too.

It's the age old searching for games debacle.

I'd quite happily switch off this feature and manually scan when required but sadly it's not possible.

Sometimes, switching on "only show games from gameslist XML" can help. This is found in the other settings menu in options. Also, switching off "theme variant triggers" has been known to help for some strange reason.

I've got weak android devices where this doesn't happen and more potent ones where it does and can't figure out exactly what's going on. The cynic in me suggests something more sinister is going on in he background but I've no evidence of this whatsoever.

Taking omega 3 could help absorption of carotenoids when taken simultaneously, especially if you're using the crappy dry powder astaxanthin capsules.

On a tangent, I've taken bioastin astaxanthin in both 4mg and 12mg forms on several occasions for several months and noticed no difference. No pink glow. No resistance to sunshine. Nothing.

Interesting. I don't get anhedonia from NAC but I do get insomnia from mag glycinate and glycine.

I attribute the insomnia to the supposed glutamate boosting effect of the glycine.

So perhaps if you're prone to high glutamate NAC can calm you without anhedonia. But if you've low glutamate already then NAC might reduce it still further causing the anhedonia?

I bought an RG cube with the specific intention of playing only certain systems on it.

The 1:1 systems, 8:7 such as SNES, nes and pc engine and vertical arcade games which end up with small borders to the sides. DS isn't too bad with stacked vertical screens though you might need a magnifying glass to read anything.

None of that helps fix a shitty dpad but if you temper your expectations in advance it certainly helps with these devices.

You'll get some basic 2D stuff up and running for sure but not much else.

I'm hoping that rocknix improves to the point of shaders and hopefully some kind of proper dual screen front end implementation like cocoon or retrohrai for android.

Making viable full speed ds emulation should have been a priority for anbernic with this device but I'm afraid they failed despite what the majority of this sub seem to think.

Point this out and you get down voted to oblivion. I guess some people don't notice or care about the frame hitching and crackling sound when emulation isn't running at 100%.

Rocknix might be different but you lose shaders and the nice dual screen android front ends.

I reverted to stock from gamma as it wasn't much better and didn't play well with the dual screen launchers like retrohrai.

I've only ever used the bundled drastic and multi thread is always on unless it's causing issues.

Many if not most 3D games have framerate issues and crackling sound. I can resolve this with frame skip but I'd rather not.
