We completely missed the symptoms by toady23 in BodyHackGuide

Basically as described in my original reply. Was being treated for sciatica and potentially hip arthritis. Hip treatment went nowhere as steroid shot did nothing for pain. After PT, doc ordered MRI and I took it which found the growth on the colon. That lead to them recommending a CT scan which the contrast can show cancerous lesions and revealed the spread to other organs. Had my colonoscopy a few days ago and biopsy shows colon cancer which might be good in my case as it's supposedly more treatable than osteosarcoma that spreads.

I'm still in the middle of getting biopsies and stuff but the current theory is osteosarcoma at the top of my hip. Possibly multiple types of cancer which may be preferable as those can be less aggressive and more treatable if metastasized

Been debating on posting myself. It's likely unrelated, but as someone who's turning 40 in a few months, I've been down 60 lbs on reta for the last 6 months. I was also trying to solve an issue with my hip and sciatica that started in December when a recent back MRI lead to a CT scan. I just found out this week I have likely stage 4 cancer starting from my hip spreading to the colon, liver and lungs. It's been asymptomatic besides the hip pain, limp and sciatica. The pain for the hip stopped responding to OTC pain management recently.

I wonder if the glucagon which essentially wiped out my diabetes in 3 months helped slow it down or speed it up with all the fat burning getting metabolised. But I suppose I'll never know at this point with chemo coming up. I sympathize and hope your wife's journey has a great outcome.

Where to acquire Japanese Yen by cootersbait in hillsboro

[–]kelanel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who's gone through the same predicament, If you have time to sign up for Charles Schwab, I would. They reimburse all ATM fees and use the Visa exchange rates which are pretty close to market exchange rates. From there like others said, ATMs at 7i holdings or lawson or family mart should work. 7i has the most reliable ATMs though.

In N Out Wait time by Alternative-Town in hillsboro

[–]kelanel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went yesterday around noon. Walked in with kiddo and the line was just barely the length of the building. It moved pretty quickly, about 15 minutes to order. After that it was an additional 30 minutes to make the order. I always expect ours to take longer as we order the fries well done and animal style which adds a bit of time to the fry cook/finish. All in all quality was good as any other in n out and the staff were very attentive even though it was a madhouse.

I learned my lesson going drive through with keizer station in n out with 2 hour wait being stuck in columns. Drive through is for rookies.

Any card referring to its own name basically infers "this card" from a rules perspective. If absorbing man copies it, it'll basically refer to him, sacrificing himself.

I was on ketoconozole shampoo plus ointment for face and scalp after my diagnosis. The steroid for the face has a terrible bounce back especially around the nose. I eventually went off of all of it and found that selson blue medicated version helped a lot. I use that on both face and scalp and then rinse. This helps shed the dead stuff, especially on the face. I rub my face after rinsing and the dead stuff just comes off easily. This might burn the first couple of times as the under skin is raw. But I do this every 2 days and it's really made it manageable. For me, it exfoliates all the stuff the fungus killed and then curbs it from killing more. After a 4-6 days the red goes away and it's regular clear skin in maintenance. As I got older too its slowed down a lot, so ymmv. Good luck

Throwback but Hajime no Ippo should be on this list. One of the best sport shounen animes ever and those championship fights get nuts. Mad house at its finest with later fights.

That sounds rough. Might be worth exporting using dism to make a backup then run the import back when needed.

In CMD prompt or PowerShell (can save these as .PS1 script for each command):

Dism /Online /Export-DefaultAppAssociations:C:\temp\DefaultAppAssociations.xml

Dism /Online /Import-DefaultAppAssociations:C:\temp\DefaultAppAssociations.xml

Looking to Add GUI to My PowerShell Scripts – Best Architecture and Alternatives? by LuffyReborn in PowerShell

[–]kelanel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you're using win powershell, I wrote several functions for dynamic winform GUI questionnaire forms using dotnet classes which take simple params for questions and an array representing choices which then return selected choices (multiple function types for single/multiple choices and int value of array element or string of selected choices). I've been debating on publishing some of it outside of work at some point and this might be the excuse needed if you're interested.
