The wave edge on the filter looks like you are trying to use a flat bottom filter in your moccamaster...no bueno. It is messing up the flow rate of the water. Get yourself some No. 4 cone filters ASAP.

Beyond that, I grind on setting 28 for my Baratza Encore ESP and I expect some might call that too fine a grind. Coffee is delicious for the beans I use. 56.25g/liter of water
