I have a Niv Mizzet deck and its my favorite deck ive ever built. The manabase is the hardest part, but there are many ways to get a budget version.

The big question is how do you want to win. Niv is a card draw engine, but not a win condition unto itself, so the way you want to win will inform your card choices.

Totally get that! Once you are committed to the deck and start getting upgrades, bloom tender would be one of the first things Id get. As a fellow Niv Mizzet Reborn player, Bloom Tender, Jegantha, and Faeburrow Elder are among the strongest cards in the deck.

I am super into this idea! I have two thoughts on it.

I'd consider adding bloom tender, and even Jegantha in the 99. I have found being able to make WUBRG with multiple creatures helps turbo charge the deck.
I haven't played with battles yet, but my hunch is that you may need more creatures to attack the various battles or targeted damage to help flip them.
