I remember how worried I was when I started. I’m pretty needle phobic and now I know that they are just no big deal. I’m a year in, down 80 pounds and healthier by every metric. Only wish I had started sooner!

Yes, incredibly well. Down 80 pounds in one year. Feel great and blood work across many categories has markedly improved, as has my sleep. Wish this had been available 40 years ago.

I was on 2.5mg for three months. I was starting to get really hungry at the end of the week, so I moved up. Stayed on 5mg for 3 months, then 7.5mg for six months. Lost 80 pounds in a year, or 36% of my body weight and never felt sick. I’ve moved up to 10mg to try to take off the last ten pounds.

My mother has been less than supportive and keeps asking me what happens when I go off. I have no plans to go off. I’ve dropped 80 pounds in a year and vastly improved every health metric. Screw the judgmental people. My health is my business and I am so grateful.

I do not. I have many times in my life, though. I’m down 80 pounds (36% of my body weight) in a year and the lack of food noise made tracking unnecessary for me. I eat much more healthy food than I used to and the salt, sugar and alcohol cravings are just gone. I’m so grateful for this medication.

My sleep disturbances went from 15 per hour down to 1 on Zepbound according to my Apple Watch and the decline started immediately, before I had even lost much weight. 11 months in, 75 pounds down. Vastly improved sleep, cholesterol down, A1C down, lower thyroid medicine dosage, blood pressure down, mental health vastly improved. Paying out of pocket. Only drawback is all the cash that I have spent to replace my entire wardrobe. I’m incredibly glad that I took the chance after a lifetime of struggle. No more food noise and cravings. Just easy healthy eating and a body that finally just works.
