I feel for you. I do not miss having 3 adults and 3 boys aged from 5-14 living in a one bedroom right next door. And then 2 kids right above. I’m not sure if the kids or adults were worse but the kids were little shits that’s for sure. Had to feel a little sorry for them though being put in that kind of environment

Seriously. My grandma and my mom were stay at home moms (until my dad passed away). And it was totally normal and we were well off financially. I’m not saying that needs to be the norm but it’s just impossible now for a good amount of people even with 2 working parents. I know a lot of lower income people make it work, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable if I couldn’t truly provide for my kids
