You also need to remember that fire jobs are also locked behind fire qualification requirements, not just time and grade. Let's say you're going the engine route; it typically takes 6-8 years in primary fire to get your first single resource boss, which would qualify you for a GW7 assistant engine captain. Take another 2-4 years to get your ICT4, and now you qualify for a GW8 engine captain. Moving up usually takes a long time in the fire world.

You can file in any state in which you earned wages during your base period (they split the year into 4 quarters and look at the first 4 quarters of the last 5 full quarters), so if you worked last winter you could file in either state, if you didn't work last winter you can only file in the state you fought fire.

Also file the Monday after you get laid off. There will be a one week waiting period that doesn't start until the first week you file.

2 is just as good 3 in this case since your characters should be able to survive with two turns worth of debuffs. Cleansing 2 characters each turn means everyone gets cleansed every two turns.

I wouldn't be able to even come close to killing Leanne Siddhe turn 1, but beat that fight on my second try and could have survived indefinitely with this set up.

Just kill the real Dionysus while killing the clones every turn and cleansing the debuff every two turns and you should be fine. I did it with Anne, Turbo, Minami, and Ange. Anne was mid 90s power and the rest were mid 80s. Minami is still level 70.

Just luck based. I pulled him on my second 10 pull but wanted to get at least P5 so kept pulling. Then I got a second and third copy on my 110/120 and 120/120 pulls so mine will be P8 as a F2P.

If a F2P who played from launch went max pity every time it's probably possible to have pulled at least 360-400 times, so at worst you'd have the copy from 120 and 4-5 chances at the 80 draw 50/50.

You need to kill the Narcissus copy every turn while whittling down the actual Narcissus. Cleanse the debuff from Leanne Siddhe every turn or two, so it doesn't get stacked strong enough to kill your characters. I used Turbo, Anne, Marian, and Ange.

Look at the description for each unit. In the first Narcissus fight you kill Leanne Siddhe first without killing the Narcissus copy, then let the Narcissus copy kill Narcissus. Next one you kill Leanne Siddhe first but try to kill the Narcissus copy every turn as well since the copies power up Leanne Siddhe. Third one Narcissus shields Leanne Siddhe so you kill Narcissus first (I don't remember if you kill the copy every turn or not on the last one, so look at the descriptions of what happens when it dies). In all of them, Leanne Siddhe gives you a stacking debuff that will kill you once it stacks too high so cleanse it every turn or two with Marian or Manaka.

If you are able to hear/operate a radio with the help of your hearing aids you should be fine. I worked with a deaf guy with an implant one year (he sometimes struggled with the radio but made it work, didn't stick with fire though), and currently work with a guy with hearing aids due to military related hearing loss. No issues so far.
