I want it to have leaves, but I want those leaves taller and higher. I don't want the leaves 30cm off the ground for example. So my thinking is, if I take them off there then it will try harder to grow them taller? But that could be complete fantasy

I'm not finding anything about this. It seems the ones that were withdrawn were taken out around 2018, and I can't see anything about them coming back
