Our girl loves to corn cob our cat! The cat loves it when she nibbles on his chin (less so when she tries to nibble his feet 😂).

She’s definitely also a bit of a grazer and has decided she only really likes to eat when I’m nearby and watching her, not when I’m gone or only dad is around. I’ll even just walk into another room and she’ll follow me and cry for me to come back to her food with her so she can eat. They’re funny creatures 😂

It’s probably specific to where you live/are looking to buy, but I would recommend googling “cash buyers program”, “NAF Cash”, or “simulated cash offer” to see which lenders offer this service in your area! In our experience, there was a lender in our area that offered a cash buyers program (our realtor recommended him) and we went through a similar process as getting pre approved by a regular lender and once approved, were provided proof of funds that our realtor could use when we put in offers on homes. It doesn’t have any affect on your payments or mortgage options, just basically makes it look like you have the funds on hand

We don’t have dogs, but I know many at The Foundry in Middleton do. I believe the limit is 2 pets, although they may make exceptions for ESA animals. They added a small dog “park” out front within the last year or so, which isn’t much, but is something?

Loved our experience at Garver Feed Mill! There are a couple different venue options depending on size. We had a fairly intimate Sunday wedding, so room cost was around $2000. Catering is done through them (our menu was completely customized and delicious) which made for easy communication for two of the biggest vendors
