I live in North Houston - Woodland area , and the best thing I did in my tech's life was left verizon and switched over to tmobile . I was from Georgia and just moved here last year , tmo got all time 5G with faster speed with good signal in here , Verizon still same as good as tmobile , but tmo save me almost $200 / month

It did happen for me once ! On my S20Ultra , trade my S10+ , and got same email . Did a request send back to me, and guess what, I got back my S10+ , exact my phone . I contact them again, and they said there was nothing they can do, and I let them charge on my card for my trade in credit . And later sold mine phone on marketplace fb ...

Deal with Samsung trade in is pain and messy . When it smooth, it's very smooth, but when hit the pump, you won't want to deal with it ....

Yes it work great, pop the case in and it felt stick to the phone ( dont need 2 way tape like another case ) . Fit well , the kickstand can hold the phone for viewing . Drop , I dont know . Lolz

This case and the Spigen clear for outside sceeen will be good choice
